I am writing this letter on behalf of Phillip Smith. Phillip interned at Mannix Marketing, inc. in 
Glens Falls, New York from August 2012 to December 2012. Phillip worked on photography, 
videography and marketing tasks. 

Throughout Phillip’s internship, I observed him to be an independent worker that took initiative 
on many types of tasks. Phillip was very organized and completed each task in a timely manner. 
He also went above and beyond what is expected of him by offering input and suggestions on 
how to do tasks better. Furthermore, it was our experience that Phillip works well in a team 
environment. 

I would not hesitate to recommend Phillip as a candidate for a job at your organization. He
